Jim O'Rourke has recorded solo and as a member of the groups Gastr Del Sol, The Red Krayola, and Sonic Youth. He has produced albums for Wilco, Sonic Youth, Stereolab, Qururi and others. He has also scored films for directors Werner Herzog, Koji Wakamatsu and others.
